The Seven Oceans 500g Emergency Food Rations are designed to provide a balanced diet for survival at sea for use onboard life rafts and lifeboats.

The long-life biscuits can be used in any survival situation requiring a concentrated, long life emergency ration, this box contains 60,000 calories.

The biscuit ration requires no preparation and may be eaten directly from the box.

Each vacuum-packed pack of 500g gives 10,300 kJ or 2,500 kcal of energy and contains the highest possible ratio of balanced nutrition compared to volume.

The pack is subdivided for easy rationing, each pack of biscuits contains 18 tablets packed in 9 bars with grease-proof paper. The 9 bars are packed under vacuum in air and water tight aluminium foil, and also protected by a water-repellent cardboard box.

The shelf-life of these packs is at least five years from the date of production marked on the packaging.

In survival situations, one 500g pack provides enough nutrition to last one person 72 hours.

Ingredients: wheat flour, hydrogenated soybean oil, sugars, malt, vitamins (contains no meat or animal fats).
