Returns Policy

You have the right to return and a refund within 14 days after the date of order without giving any reason, you will need to pay for return postage.

Due to health & safety we are unable to return food products & gas masks for obvious hygiene reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The return & refund period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To meet the return and refund deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the return period has expired.

If you return the goods, we will reimburse your payment received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to return the goods.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
