The BCB Combat Tourniquet Black is a medical trauma device to completely occlude blood flow of an extremity by one hand, as used by the worlds military.
The windlass rod is strong enough to twist the internal band in order to stop the blood flow and the free-moving internal band can apply true circumferential pressure to the extremity. The windlass clip adds strength so it can keep the security when the rod needs to be fixed in clip with a great strength for a long time.
