- Web-Tex Steel of Fire Firesteel
- 2 Cotton Wool in waterproof bag
The web-tex firesteel rod which is made from ferrocerium is scraped by a striker, producing hot sparks that are comprised of the friction-ignited burning metal of the ferro rod.
These sparks burn at over 5000 degrees F and easily ignite all types of tinder.
Produces hot sparks even in cold, wet and windy conditions.
All contained in a 9 x 6cm Silver Web-tex tin.
